Once you have read the instructions below, click [Here] To access the online registration system.

STEP 1

Select 3rd option " PLAYER VIEW TEAM ASSIGNMENT....."


STEP 2

To login to the on-line registration system to verify player team assignment, or coach's roster, you need to complete one of the two available login options.

See sample screen IMAGE below.

To use the option on the left, you will need to know your email address and the password the system provided to you when registering.

If you do not remember your password, you can type in field "Email Address:" the email address you use when registering, then click on "here" see sample within Red circle The system will email your password to the email address you provided when registering.

Or if you like, you can use the option on the right, to login by providing
  • Player's Last Name
  • Birthdate
  • Maiden Name:
  • Phone number.

    Once completed press "Login using Personal Info".

    • STEP 3

    You are now in your Family information page.
    Scroll down until you find the player or coach name.

    Now click on the "BLUE" team number next to the player/coach name.

    This will open a new page with the player assignment, or if you are a coach, your team roster.
